Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel Internet orders for non–made-to-order items by notifying us in writing (including email) before delivery or within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

 

If goods have not been dispatched, a full refund including delivery will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

If goods have been dispatched or delivered, you must return them in their original packaging within 14 days at your cost. Delivery and collection charges will not be refunded.

 

Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembled unless faulty.

 

Refunds will be processed within 30 days once goods are received and inspected. Refunds will only be made to the original payment card.

 

Clearance or “sold as seen” items are non-refundable and not covered by any warranty.
